Die rein ägyptischen Vollblutaraber vom Gestüt Rothenberg sind weltweit ein Begriff für Typ und Qualität.

Hier waren die berühmten Hengste Classic Shadwan (Multichampion, †2009) und die „schwarze Perle“ Madallan-Madheen (goldprämiert, †2004) zu Lebzeiten zuhause - und beide bleiben auch nach ihrem Tod noch die wichtigsten Gründerhengste der heutigen Zucht.

Derzeit besteht die bewährte Hengstriege im Gestüt Rothenberg aus den exotischen reinerbigen Rapphengsten:

GR Moneef  (von GR Faleeh exp. Kuwait von Madallan-Madheen aus der GR Mona v. Madallan-Madheen),
GR Ishad (goldprämiert; vom goldprämierten GR Nashad exp. Kuwait aus der Shaylah Bint Iman von Classic Shadwan),
sowie der junge GR Fasin (goldprämiert; Maheeb von Classic Shadwan x Fasinah von Nahaman).

GR Ishad vereint das Blut der beiden Gründerhengste Classic Shadwan und Madallan-Madheen!

Weitere ehemalige Hengste stehen Interessenten weiterhin über Gefriersamen zur Verfügung!

Die Hengste sowie ihre Ahnen sind teils goldprämiert und höchst erfolgreich auf Schauen aber haben sich vor allem alle als sichere Vererber bewiesen. Ihre Nachkommen wurden in viele verschiedene Länder auf der ganzen Welt exportiert und konnten zum Teil große Schaulorbeeren sowie Erfolge auf Distanzritten und in anderen Wettbewerben erringen.

Im Gestüt Rothenberg gezüchtete Pferde stehen inzwischen in den meisten Ländern Europas sowie in Ägypten, Argentinien, Australien, Brasilien, Iran, Israel, Jordanien, Katar, Kuwait, Libanon, Marokko, Namibia, Neuseeland, Pakistan, Saudi-Arabien, Südafrika, Tunesien, USA sowie in den Vereinigten Arabischen Emiraten.

Unser Zuchtziel sind exotisch typvolle, rein ägyptische Vollblutaraber in insgesamt überragender Qualität, Bewegung und Charakter – einfach „nur“ den perfekten Vollblutaraber der sowohl Familien- und Freizeitpferd ist als auch im Schauring und in der Zucht erfolgreich sein kann!

Das Gestüt liegt in Bayern zwischen Augsburg und Nürnberg, ca. eine Stunde von München entfernt.

Die gepflegte Gestütsanlage mit Halle, geräumigen Boxen und 10 Hektar bestem Weideland bietet optimale Bedingungen für die Pferdebetreuung und Aufzucht der Fohlen.

spent most of their life in Rothenberg. Both of them are important foundation stallions of the present breeding.

At the moment the the stallion group of Rothenberg Stud consist of the exotic homozygous black stallions:
GR Moneef (GR Faleeh exp. Kuwait x GR Mona) linebred to Madallan-Madheen,
GR Ishad,  gold-premium stallion (by gold-premium stallion GR Nashad exp. Kuwait out of Shaylah Bint Iman by Classic Shadwan),
and the young GR Fasin, gold-premium stallion (by gold-premium stallion Maheeb by Classic Shadwan)

foundation-stallions,
Classic Shadwan and Madallan-Madheen!

Several other former stallions are
still available via frozen semen.  

 All these stallions have the pedigree, the conformation and the attitude to be all -
successful sires, riding - and show horses.
And they have proven themselves as great producer of outstanding foals wich are in the winner´s circles as well and have been exported to many countries and continents as successful breeding-, show-, endurance-, or sport horses.

Exotic Arabians bred by Rothenberg Stud are meanwhile at home all around the world –
in  most countries of Europe as well as in Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Egypt, Iran, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Morocco, Namibia, New-Zealand, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi-Arabia, South-Africa, Tunisia, UAE and USA!

Our goal is to breed outstanding typey Straight Egyptians with all overal great quality, movements and character - just the "perfect" Arabian horse which is a family- and riding horse but also can compete successfully in the showring.
And we love the black color.
